Authorize.net Question

We recently set up an authorize.net account and love it. One issue that I'm running into is allowing overseas clients pay via our authorize.net account. We have several clients that are in the U.K and all get declined. I can turn off the AVS system and it will allow them to pass, but obviously I do not want to leave AVS disabled because of fraud. For those of you with an authorize.net account, what options can I get away with to allow our U.K users the ability to pay, but not disabling too many options to leave us vulnerable...any thoughts?

You ought to be able to get where you want to be pretty easily.

Do you know which AVS check is blocking the UK transactions? If not, put "x_AVS_Code" into your form to determine which check is causing the problem(s).

Then log into Merchant Inferace and go to the AVS section under settings. You can choose to accept transactions with any of the given response codes, while keeping all other checks in place.

Joe,
Thanks for the reply and I'll take a look at that. I do know that it is AVS causing the issue, I just wasn't sure what could be disabled to allow their transactions, while keeping a bite on fraud. I'll look into the return codes and work from there...thanks again!!!
