You might be able to do something with it if you think in terms of Motel 6 - they originally offered motel rooms for $6 a day. You could offer hosting for a flat rate of $6 a month
Motel 6 used to charge extra for a phone, etc. You could do the same by offering limited services and selling additional space, bandwith, databases as an add-on.
Of course, the problem is that with inflation prices eventually rise - you can't get a motel room for $6 anymore. And to compete Motel 6 eventually had to begin including the phone and other extras as part of their regular service.
If you decided to go this route, you should probably register Hosting5, Hosting4 and the others so someone doesn't undercut you with a similar concept. There are already lower-priced competitors out there, so the idea is to be the branded low cost competitor.
