Type this:
pico /etc/valiases/domain.com
Add:
email@domain.com: |/home/username/public_html/cgi-bin/helpdesk/include/email.pl
Replace email@domain.com with the email you wish to use with the Perldesk email pipe and also make sure the path to email.pl is correct.
Make sure the email.pl file has been edited to include the correct paths and that it has correct permission settings.
Add the email address in the PerlDesk admin area for piping to the correct dept and you're all setChief brew-maker at several hosting brands since 2002.

In your cpanel add\edit the user you want the email sent to and set it to forward to "|/home/username/public_html/cgi-bin/helpdesk/include/email.pl" I believe you DO need the quotes and make sure that path is correct!
