Please review this design 90% done

The top curvature is nice.
It looks good for now...now you have to organise your content with out runing the design.

For the love of god, don't use that typeface that 'Menu' is in, ruins the whole design

Sharp angles of the "Menu" part do not correlate well with the smooth header IMHO
The verse (I presume) within the collage has a messed up encoding for me

+ I totally agree with philm on the typeface remark

Much better than index and index2

But what's the site about? Top looks to me like a travel site, maybe promoting trips to places with warm climates... maybe cruises. Then the menu design doesn't fit at all. And the background doesn't seem to fit with the flowing style or the colours used anywhere else.

It's like it has 3 contrasting elements that need to be put together to make a more flowing, unified design.

And I'm not really feeling that bevel on the bottom copyright part... maybe make it smaller, or just remove it completely and make the wave flat.

yea, I do notice now that the menu doesn't really fit.

The corners are too sharp as the rest of the graphics are flowing

the bevel on the copyright part is fine.
