    Time taken to Register nameservers

Just need to get this straight,

When you have registered your personal nameservers in a reseller account it takes 24-48hrs to be available. Is that right? How do you know when they are registered and ready to go.

Can you change the DNS info for a domain in your registrars control panel to your nameservers before those 24-48hrs-basically to test if the name servers are ready.

    Any help

    Thanks

That is correct, it usually take anywhere between 24 to 48 hours. To find out if your nameserver is ready or not .. just do a whois on your nameserver. If its ready .. it should give you the complete information on your nameserver such as IP, domain registrar, etc.
