I don't know if you guys keep a RECORD of your emails, but this is at least the second time you people have billed me too much. My plan is NOT $574.20 per month. Its $29.95. Im very distraught that you people still never changed your billing systems to accommodate me. Any other hosting company at this point would try to give me compensation for STEALING money from me...TWICE! Luckily, I will be getting a dedicated server soon, and I wont have to put up with this crap that youre giving me.
Is this a decent response? I mean, its not NICE, but i don't think it went TOO far....
