Subject: Your invoice: 3. [CJ] Beginners Management Suite Pro "Premium Hosting Pro" Model SU1400Elite

Dear Ian Spector,

This is an automated response from Infinology informing you of the amount accrued and/or charged for the following operations:
Login:qubefactor
Account ID:#3177414
Plan:3. [CJ] Beginners Management Suite Pro "Premium Hosting Pro" Model SU1400Elite

INVOICE (BIIL #3923769)

Recurrent fee for 3. [CJ] Beginners Management Suite Pro "Premium Hosting Pro" Model SU1400Elite plan (5/20/03 - 5/20/06) $574.20

YOUR CURRENT BALANCE: -$574.20

To pay your balance, enter a valid credit card billing profile into the your account in the Master Control Panel. If you are unsure how or are having trouble doing so, please view the Billing Profile Walk-Thru located here: http://www.infinology.com/billing/billingwalk.htm

If you don't want to receive e-mail invoices from us in the future, please go to the Billing Profile page in the Billing menu of your Master Control Panel and set the Receive e-mail invoices to "OFF".
I replied to them with the following:

I don't know if you guys keep a RECORD of your emails, but this is at least the second time you people have billed me too much. My plan is NOT $574.20 per month. Its $29.95. I’m very distraught that you people still never changed your billing systems to accommodate me. Any other hosting company at this point would try to give me compensation for STEALING money from me...TWICE! Luckily, I will be getting a dedicated server soon, and I won’t have to put up with this crap that you’re giving me.

Is this a decent response? I mean, its not NICE, but i don't think it went TOO far....

Well, their system screw up, you mail them and you got a prompt reply. Seems all good, even if they didn't have good reviews here in the past.

Yes, but I put in the request at 7:00 AM EST ....got the reply early since I put in the request early. Usually, I don't get a chance to do this and they refund me for a day or so.
