Cant wait for Rackshak to implement their Win 2003 so I am looking for feed back on others who are providing simlar packages. Right now I am using Rackshak 1 TB / Duel Xenon for 299 package with Linux but would like to move up to Windows 2003.

You'd have better luck then posting it in the Web Hosting Requests forum, where hosts can actually respond to you with their offers.
