I've been with DI for about 2 1/2 months now and chose them after a lot
of research. I wanted this to be the last move I made.
I've been very happy with the support and have even hired them to install a few extras for me. Don't be put off by the standard "please authorize charges so we can look into it" message. I think it's a signature type appendage they have in all their initial responses. The fact is they don't charge for their mistakes or bugs in their interfce, even beyond the 30 days. They have also answered questions at no charge beyond that. Just don't use them as a substitute for reading and learning server management yourself.

I'm adding to it right now and over the next day or two. It is an ongoing thing and I amend it as I have something new to add. Right now, the focus is on security issues.
