Have you had the chance to try Cpanel, or Ensim was your only exposure to control Panels?

For CPanel you should research HttpME (www.httpme.com).

Just to let you know that currently Ensim is unmodified and using the default skin. We only upgraded to Ensim PRO in the last 48 hours.

We have a new skin and some custom mods being installed on Sunday

No reason to dislike Ensim once its skinned up.

Re: Money back guarantee, you are correct we dont have a money back guarantee. Thanks for the positive comments about our services, I hope cpanel gives you what your looking for

Simon that's a great looking skin. It should give Cpanel good competition.

Techkid also remember how import support and service is. I still keep one of my Plesk reseller accounts just because of the solid uptime and support.

i agree that service is very important.....and he has great service.and support...thats not the reason i left him ....the reason i left was i didn't like the control panel.....and the only downfall i seen at all was the lack of a refund policy for unhappy customers....i'm not kicking him at all ...please don't get me wrong....he has a great thing going and i wish his company well

    No insult taken

Thanks for trying us and goodluck with your new host.

We dont have a refund policy because we dont encourage time wasters or "trial hoppers" to use our service. Most our clients are extremely loyal and long standing.

So I suppose the question is, Who prefers what?

I get the feeling that its not neccessarily the capabilities of ensim that your unhappy with, or is it?

What does everyone think? I prefer ensim but Cpanel is okay.

Ensim is a lot more secure from a server admins point of view. The new PRO version is feature packed but lacks a nice skin. They have given it an easier skinning feature so once more people get designing i see no reasons for it to not overtake cpanel.

Ensim is definetely better from a server admins point of view and the new version has given them the edge they need to win customers over. Wait and see
