Advice a reseller, who can give 2 IPs in different C class subnets for DNS

    Hello!

My domain name registrar requires that Primary and Secondary DNS were in different C class subnets, so I need receller who
    will provide me such DNS.

I have already posted to requst forum, but I'd like WHT members
offered a good receller which they can recommend =)

It is not outlandish, but one of the regulations less frequently followed.

.pt is another sort of domains in which the registar requires different C class subnets for the dns servers.
But I just went along and asked them to use my dns servers and they couldn't care less about it ...
It's the sort of rule that maybe you can twist around, have you tryed talking to them?

I believe all Russian registrars requires this.. 2 IPs for name servers has to be on different subnets... We had done this for few resellers we have from Russia with no issues..

im not saying that it's not a good practice. Having your dns servers on 2 seperate class's is usually preferred. I just dont think it should be a requirement ..
