Web Hosting Talk : Web Hosting Main Forums : Dedicated Server : Any Good Books?

I'm looking for good books dealing with Unix/Red Hat servers, and/or dedicated hosting in general. There are so many over at Amazon. Any recommendations from the experts here? Good web sites would also be nice.

I just got a dedicated server, and think I better start reading up on how it works a little more so I don't go broke from support charges.
