I am confused on how to go about making a custom skin for client usage. I have done some research at cpanel.net forums and here. I have found 1 result that helped a tremendous amount. The link is as follows: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showth...ght=cpanel+api ..

What I am asking is that can anyone guide me where to get the new api or is this api relevant enough to the new cpanel? On cpanel it does state in a post that it can be found at: /usr/local/cpanel/newapi.txt (thread from cPanel.net)

The thing is that I do not have a server or anything for that matter but my personal pc and no license for cPanel. So can anyone help out?
