Yep... same problems here.
<11% packet loss.
I wrote DN's support ... they seem to be still investigating.
... and i just received a reply from NAC's NOC:
"There is currently a problem on Williams side and as of now we are working with
Williams to resolve this problem. We apologize for any inconvenience that you may
be experiencing but we are working as fast as possible to resolve this issue."
... well hopefully soon!

Actually, I am not sure if this is WCG problem. Tracerouting from our data center ( http://www.fluidhosting.com/traceroute.php) to NAC.net, the routes taken are CW -> WCG with no problem/packet loss anywhere.
So, for those who experience packet losses to NAC.net, I suggest you to do reverse traceroute. Try to traceroute from NAC to your ISP/home PC.
best wishes

It's definitely a problem between NAC and Williams... as i posted earlier, their NOC is aware of that and they'r trying to fix it!
But it's still ongoing! :/

Problems here too. I can't even load a page at all. My ISP takes 6 hops on Williams before hitting NAC (and other destinations), so it's bad for me and I can't get too much done at the moment from here. I'm using alternative methods to connect through.

Any estimate when this will be resolved. I have two sites I run out of the nac. I have page loading times of 15-20 seconds this is rediculous. I use cox cable. It runs over wcg pipe before it hits nac. My ping plotter shows as soon as it hits nac is jumping to over 200+ on repies. I noticed my sites slowing as of last friday but its gotten unbearable since sunday...X

My dedicated server on Nac`s DCJN is very very slow past two days.
Is this only affecting DCJN and not affecting premium NAC? Or it it affecting both...
