Just started on 'TriGun' myself - not sure if I like it yet. Watched 'Love Hina - Xmas Special' a few days ago.. great story. 
Slowly working my way through 'Rurouni Kenshin', and 'Gundam Seed' too

Trigun has a kickass story. It gets better, and at the end you will understand why certain things are the way it is.
Ninja scoll is ... kinda of gory. But the story is just average.
My favourite is still Kenshin, especially up to the Meijin arc, up to around 60 eps. After that it gets a bit weak as it doesn't follow the manga story.
All in all, tons of good anime Currently also watching Naruto.
