o.O CredibleHost! Terrible Experience!
Hi
I signed up with Credible Host in December for their CH-1000 plan. I recieved my welcome email 3 days later with nameservers etc. in it. I entered those into my domain registrar but got errors such as
"Hostname not found"
and
"Domain does not appear to exist in DNS server"
Anyway after many tickets I managed to get this resolved. Now two weeks later my site was taken down for violationg a rule they wouldn't tell me what it was. It was restored a couple of days later. The server itself is pretty good it seems. Fairly speedy and no downtime. In April they cut me off again for violationg a rule but they wouldn't tell me what. That was April 29th it's now May 7th and they refuse to tell me what it is so I ordered for my CC company not to accept the charge again and after much talks with them they finally told me that they wouldn't acceupt it but they weren't to blasme for any services I lose (what services???).
Any input?

I did send a cancel request yesterday but they never responded which is why I told my CC company not to accept their chage.

Actually this is false. This RedHat NOOB is the same guy who posted the perlbill licences for sale in Related Offers. I was nice enough to purchase him a modern bill license. He sent me 50.00 via paypal to cover a couple months of a leased license. I purchased it and now he says he doesn't like it. Then he asked me to buy him a template at ***************.com I did. He sent me another 30.00 via paypal to cover it. Well he didn't like it. Now he expects me to send him all his money back. I said no. I have never hosted him except for a free account which I gave him as a demo for his site. I have logs proving all this. And will send them to anyone who asks. He said just before he posted this that he was going to flame me on WHT. I have a log of that also.

He doesn't even have a CC he uses his mums paypal addy. I can even post that. He has tried getting people to give him a dedicated server and has succeeded. However he keeps messing it up and has had RS do a restore several times.
Oh yes, one more thing. His domain ******************* he had stolen from someone. Well guess what hostgator stole it back today. So now he needs a new name.

He has demanded that I send him 100.00. I told him I would send him 52.05 back. He sent me a total of 82.00 I told him that I would pay for 1/2 of template and refund him his unused MB money. He told me no he wanted 100.00 (he only sent me 82.00) Then he told me that he had contacted paypal and BGov. He said he had heard back from BGov and they were going to get me to refund 100.00 (he only sent me 82.00) So I told him I would not refund anything now until I heard from PayPal and BGov. I was going to prove myself. Well then he said he hadn't really contacted them and to send him 52.00. I said no. That I would wait to hear from paypal and bgov. That I didn't believe him now. Then he said he would flame me on WHT. I said go ahead cause I have the proof to back me up. Well heres the flame. I guess this is what happens when you try and help someone.

Owned? Not sure I understand you? I'm the one thats getting ferked here. Not him. He's trying to ruin me. I was trying to help him. He's just a kid. But he seems to do this to everyone that tries to help him. Someone even bought him a server and he screwed them over also.
Oh almost forgot. He also goes by the username "Kiaska"

Let me say this, I will try not to get off topic.
Bonnie Has done alot for me and my site. Didnt ask for anything in retrurn. She helps people out because she is a nice person.
SO dont come here trying to flame her or Crediblehost.
I would recommend her to anyone.

anyways, the only thing i see happening is he might be giving you a bad reputation, but with all your proof, and with some people backing you up, it will do you good, and him bad, or atleast i think so.

Well I financed with my CC. But he sent me money via paypal. But then he said he didn't like what he bought. Then he wanted his money back. I would have refunded his extra money then canceled MB after 1st month was over. But he demanded all his money back. More then he had ever sent in first place. Then he threatened me.
