Looks like a rip of mainly the new to me. The header is almost the same, and the footer is just the ripped header with a single table cell color change.
All the rounded corners containing the main content are the exact same images, down the byte size (113,112,111,113).
Looks like a bad copy and a poor attempt at making it look unique. Wierd thing is... it's a somewhat sizeable forum.

Common guys, it just simple use of colors similar to the old WHT design. Not much images ripped since most of the links are just plain old texts.

And what? That's fine then? The colors are from both, the header is the same as the new one. The corner images are a total ripoff.

Its a copy, regardless of weather WHT is copyrighted or not - people should just learn to respect other peoples work.

No they don't. And the colors aren't even the damn point, the header is identical, down to the cell sizes, and images are ripped. Can't your tiny little minds comprehend something so simple?
