PAM:ENV error log? Another up2date problem?

Good ol' redhat up2date:

Updated resent packages to current and it removed my ftpusers file, I recreated it and now i get:

PAM-env[30755]: Unable to open config file: No such file or directory

Any idea's how to fix this?

This affected our redhat 7.1 servers only.
