As part of our new and completed network utilising 600Mbps of connectivity we are offering free co-location of 1U servers and then all you need to pay is bandwidth. This offer is only available for the next 3 months after that it is £15 a month for a 1U server.

They may if they require. As i stated the Co-Location is free, the bandwidth you pay for.

Reboots are operated free of charge and often as required 24 hours a day 365 days a year via our online control panel.

Engineer costs are £66 per hour.

All systems run on dual redundant UPS systems.

The central network operates on a dual router configuration with instant switchover on failure.

Do you offer a general insurance policy for fire and or / water damage along with theft?

Customers equiptment is insured at £1000 per U against fire, water and theft damage.

Assume this is still via Packetexchange then? Are you running your own redundant network as yet? What providers does your 600mbit consist of? I therefore assume you have 6x 100mbit feeds into upstream providers, is this the case?
