    It's a Girl!

Well, April 30th my wife had a beautiful baby girl (our second). Decided I couldn't keep her all to myself so here's a picture of the new girl .

    Congratulations, comphosting!

Were you there for the big event? (and I don't mean 9 months ago... )

I was there for both big events . It was truely amazing. This was the reason I missed the festivities in Vegas, but hey it was well worth it .

The glitter of Vegas pales in comparison to the experience of watching your child enter the world...

I too was amazed by the miracle.

Yes, it really didn't sound all that great after I found out how close to the due date it was. I've seen 2 children enter the world (both mind of course) and I don't think it would matter if it were 20 I'd still be completely amazed by it.

That's everyone for the congradulations . And no, I didn't neccesarilly want a boy. It had 50% to do with the fact that the few men in my family NEVER have boys (My grandparents had 5 girls), and 50% because I was prepared for a girl .

17 Months . It worked out well since we wanted them close in age (we have only ever wanted 2). But so far another great baby. We lucked out with the first, never cried and only stayed up all night once. Same with the new baby thus far, she's pretty quiet, wakes up when she's hungry and goes right back to sleep (of course it's only been 3 days so far ).
