What is the best control panel for Win2K sever???
How do you rate Win-Panel???
Does anyone know acompny offering Win2k dedicated server with win-panel at a reasonable price???

Well Helm is good but is too too expensive.
Command matrix from www.etrinix.com is far more cheaper and have very nice features.

With helm, apparently you are only allowed to purchase 1 single server license per company (so if you rent a 2nd server you can't purchase another license).
And you only get 30 day technical support with the single server license. Support charges beyond that period of time are not explained on their website.

Helm does have a trial, and you can purchase second licenses, just they are more than $300. It's designed to be far more scaleable than other CP's, allowing you to split services onto different machines which AFAIK no other windows cp allows. (I've discovered all this through my own research over the last few days).

Most major Windows control panels (Ensim, "Hosting Controller", "Hosting Accelerator" and "Command Matrix") offer 30 days free evaluation of their software. Helm allows a 14 day evaluation.

Nope, you can't purchase more than 1 single server helm license.
To quote from their website: "To do this you will need to upgrade to a full standard license [$1,500 initial outlay for 2 servers; plus $500 per each additional server; plus further fees if you want to get support and software updates beyond the initial 6 months] or premium license [$122 per month for 2 servers; plus $42 per month per each additional server; updates and support included]."
