Is it a good idea?
Is it a good idea, when registering a domain, to register both the .com and the .net? What about the .org?
Don't look for a way out.

Sure. At the price to register now days why not. When it was $70 it wasn't always posible for everyone. Take all of the names to cover your bases.

Yeah I think so to. It's always good to block impersonators from impersonating you.

I don't bother. With more and more tlds it's a case of where does it stop.

I just do the .com.
Unless I really think it has potential; then I include the .net.
Beyond that takes too much thought. And my head hurts.There is no best host. There is only the host that's best for you.
