Hello all,

My apologies for non-hosting questions but I'm desperate.

First, does anyone have any suggestions on good forums relative to general pc-user-related issues. I occasionaly have problems or a queries relative to software for the PC or issues effecting Windows specifically, and frankly I don't know where to look.

Second question (couldn't find anything on Google, etc) I need to know suggestions on wav to mp3 converter software, preferably cheap or free; and or a good resource for researching this info.

I realize this isn't the place for these questions but I don't really know any other good forums that aren't Mac-based.

Well, I asked the question there and I'm getting less of a response than I am here (namely zero). Is there not one person in this forum that can take a second to direct me to some better forums for these matters, at least?
