Question Need Some Help With Time!

What time is this in Eastern Standard Time?

    Mon Apr 28 08:31:29 GMT+10:00 2003

My domain expired and the holding company will let it go at this time But I don't know what time it is in my Time Zone. So I want to be ready when they release it so i can register it.

Is there anyway to do this easier? Do any of the domain companies offer a service where you are able to register a domain as soon as it is released?

    Thanks,

    Sammy

Why because domain name guys know timezones ... Eastern Time Zone is -5:00 so you'd want to subtract 15 hours from there time to convert it to Eastern.
A well-reasoned assumption is very close to fact.
