I'm looking for a free, or at least relatively low cost control panel to put on a RedHat server. I would ultimately like cPanel, but am not sure if I want to take on that much additional cost at this point in time.

This doesn't have to be extremely robust, as this would just be mainly for ME to manage my design clients' web hosting presences for the fully managed clients.

What do you guys suggest?

Are you looking for an external license?

If you purchase CPanel from Rackshack or DedicatedNOW it is only $10 and Nocster sells it for $20.

For a free solution to manage your server, www.webmin.com would be best in most cases.

Maybe you'd be better off with a reseller account from someone? You'll pay less than the price of a cPanel license (at least thats how we price things, perhaps not quite all providers do it that way), the server will be managed for you, and unless you've already got a server in a data center, will probably provide higher quality service.

But maybe its for intranet usage and I'm completely off base .
