Don't you mean GeforceFX? The big, ugly and loud lame-o card they pumped out so fast to get "sales"?

Only reason why i clicked the link is because i thought it would of said "MX is actually better then they say it was" But not some 13 year olds jack toy..

I presently have a GF4 ti 4200 and I like nVidia but the GForce FX is NO MATCH for the ATI 9800 Pro. That is an awesome card with 256MB onboard DDR!
My son's ATI 9700PRO is already benching 3D marks of over 17,000. I can imagine what the 9800 PRO will do.

Well, i would take the FX if i could watercool it, but i don't have a water cooling machine, only air.

Just slice off that extra pci slot metal for the fan, take the fan off and water that baby.

Well for $500 I'm sure it will do a lot, considering it'll cost $200 more than my entire system put together.

    Nonetheless, ATI forever!!!1

He trades a lot of stuff online in different venues. Believe it or not, he bought it as a "dead, used card" for $25.00. I don't know where he finds these deals!!!

If you read my post, he has a 9700 not a 9800. And yes they are being sold as we speak.

I couldn't really care less what he has. Obviously I read your post since I quoted the portion where you were speaking of the 256MB 9800 Pro: "That is an awesome card with 256MB onboard DDR!".

And NO, 256MB 9800 Pros are not for sale yet. Most likely not for at least a couple more months.

OK, it's not the 256 but it still rocks.

    LEt's try this again...

the 256MB version isn't for sale yet. I know the 128MB version is out. It's a great card too because most places can't even keep them in stock.

I could've sworn the second half of your post wasn't there a minute ago.
