Horrible Situation I am in.... PLEASE give advice.
Ok so a guy I know runs a hosting business... And he constantly lies about his services to customers to sway them to buy.
Here is an example.
We recently have invested in new servers. These server's should do the trick for all of our clients and many more to come. The new Dell's are lightning fast. Each server has atleast 2GB of memory. ViBerz is proud to announce that they have started a reseller plan. You can view the plan by clicking read more...
I know for a fact he hasn't bought ANY servers....and he buys his space from ebay.
I feel obligated to do something about his false advertising, but on the other hand, I don't want to because he is somebody I know.....hmmmm??0

I wouldn't buy from them anyway ... especially after reading his horribly written content.

Yes I have mentioned over and over to him hios content is written horribly, but oh well. He's stubborn so he has to find other ways to sway people.

The website is 3 months old as stated in posts before I sold webspace locally not on the net. Viberz is a registered business.
I don't see why MarvelHost is a problem.

Very interesting, Marvelhost is registered with web-xperts.com. A well known seller on eBay. Here is one of the many threads about this company http://webhostingtalk.com/showthread...ght=webxperts.

*** Vito rents out Famous Players' Popcorn maker. Artashes orders a couple of Molson trucks to his door. ***
The only thing I don't understand is that the thread is named "I'm in a Horrible Situation..." I don't get why you say it is YOu in this situation. Seems like you just know of a person who is in that "horrible" situation. Not you.0

I didn't buy from eBay or Web-xperts.com! Sorry! Im lovin all of these popcorn and beer saying though. But I haven't had downtime in over 1 month. I thought wev-xperts was 85% uptime from what i have read in earlier posts.
