    Can't make my domian names resolve my websites on Hetzner

    My first post here. Hi all!

    I have a new account on Hetzner for a dedicated server.
    I have installed CentOS + Virtualmin (webmin, apache, MySql, etc)

    I changed the DNS settings for my domain names to

    ns1-coloc.hetzner.de
    ns2-coloc.hetzner.de
    ns3-coloc.hetzner.de

    (provided by them)

    "Server not found"

    If someone could help... I would appreciate very much!

    you will need to set up name servers on your registrar panel
    such like that
    ns1.example.com ==> your First IP
    ns2.example.com ==> your second IP
    then change your domain name servers to the registered name servers
    example.com ns ns1.example.com
    example.com ns ns2.example.com

    after installing Virtualmin you will asked to configure your server at the post installation script of the Virtualmin, when you asked about the name servers you will type your ns1.example.com ns2.example.com
    then easily create your first virtual host example.com

    I can't find the way to do in my registar control panel what you are suggesting.
    I can only set the Name Servers, nothing else.

    thank you!

    Also, I have ordered "Nameserver Robot" from Htzner this morning but still didn't get it.
    Is it needed?

    Do I need to register Name servers?

    No I don't have that in Hetzner control panel. Maybe because they still didn't deliver the Nameserver Robot I have ordered this morning.

    Yes of course I can change the ns1 and ns2 in my registar control panel. But I can assign an IP to them.

    I'm not sure, I just thought that the control panel of your registrar like the netfirm panel,
    anyway I can help registering name servers if you want by team viewer

    You can't use the nameservers until you register them from your registrar. If you are not seeing the option to register your private nameservers, better you should immediately contact your domain provider. They should register your private nameservers for you.

    OK I see I can register nameservers on my registar.
    Is it ok to register both ns1 and 2 on a single IP address?
