I have a client that now has 150 users on of our cobalts. I would like to move them to another box. Any ideas?

CMU, Rsync, and SSH will do.
Google for them !
We transfered 80 sites and over 600 email accounts over the week end.

You could also use the migration tool

Right - CMU stands for Cobalt Migration Utility, get these scripts from Jeff Bilicki's site : ftp://ftp-eng.cobalt.com/pub/users/jeffb/cmu/

(Do NOT get them from http://sunsolve.sun.com , Sun's official pkgs are totally obsolete !)
However an important thing to know is which type of RAQ your transfer from, and which type you transfer to - not all RAQs were created equals and transfers cannot be done from any type raq to any other type.
