Lots of negative burst.net for service assistance. I myself have been disappointed about the service aid. Although their prices are very cheap, but I have a really big disappointment. There can look at their facebook on complain.
If burst.net reply to this forum I will explain my disappointment to them.
Do you read at https://www.facebook.com/burstnetinc ... many complain and they have sent you say. Maybe the forum they can look over the customer disappointed. It's not one person was disappointed with the service assistance but many.

You should always check reviews before purchasing hosting in this case you still went with them and in the end now you are very disappointed with their service so would I buy if I've seen a few reviews explaining how they are slacking here and there then why still sign up with them?
I guess they see it as who cares they already have a decent steady income who cares if they lose a customer here and there that signed up I guess they see it as there is always another way to get another client or there's always that client that just doesn't leave even though their services they are getting in return around all that great.
almost 1 year I teamed up become a reseller. But finally I got a great disappointment them to do. I believe in them because they are big and experienced company over 10 years. But unfortunately they make a customer frustrated. In the business world if the service is bad then it will be bad for the image of the company. If you analyze marketing may be sequentially lost one customer to another customer.
I think for a good thing for their company. But unfortunately they just do not do the best for the loyal customers who subscribe to them
I actually have a budget VPS with burst.net that is been running over 2 years, while it's clearly over sold and at time it runs slow, it has pretty good uptime over 1 year online, but it is only used for a non critical application.
However there was a time I had an issue with their tech support and it was a known bug on there side that they failed to educate me on a problem that was being caused when I updated centos 6 on its first release which caused a problem and I didn't like that that "one" tech support guy treated me.
But overall the actual vps works great for the price.
Just remember though, often the more you pay the better you get.
