    [Hiring] ServerHub ★ Customer Support Representatives L1/L2 (AZ, TX /Remote)

    ServerHub is currently seeking dedicated and motivated employees looking for a career in the Web Hosting and Services Industry. We are a small business that is experiencing growth in our industry. We are currently looking for Qualified Customer Support/Technical Support Representatives. If you feel that you can provide exceptional customer service on a consistent basis then this job is for you. Note: Experience in the Web Hosting Field is a strong asset.

    Job Description:

    • Front line support agent via live chat, telephone and support ticket portal.
    • Troubleshooting a variety of technical and non-technical issues customers are having with their web hosting & VPS, Dedicated Server services.
    • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by team leaders.

    ServerHub provides 24/7 support solutions, therefore we are hiring for the following shifts.

    6:00AM - 3:00PM Pacific (PST)
    2:00PM - 11:00PM Pacific (PST)
    10:00PM - 7:00AM Pacific (PST)


    • Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
    • Ability to work well with a team in a fast paced environment and follow instructions
    • Outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience.
    • Must have some experience with web hosting technologies like CPanel WHM, Plesk Panel, Windows, Linux, Virtualization (OpenVZ, KVM, Xen)
    • Understanding of protocols such as HTTP (Apache), DNS, SMTP, POP3 and/or IMAP, FTP, SSH, SQL Databases, Network Connectivity
    • Knowledge of multiple Operating Systems Windows Server, Red Hat, Fedora, CentOS, Debian, Ubuntu
    • Some knowledge of computer networking including IP Address sub netting, and CIDR
    • Dependable to be at work during assigned shifts and to complete work as expected.
    • Ability to multitask and meet goals set by management and team leaders.
    • Experience with documenting procedures.
    • Must have reliable network connectivity if applicant is working remotely


    • Certifications like A+, network+, MSCE, CCNA are a plus.
    • Ability to code in HTML, PHP, Python, SHELL, Ruby on Rails
    • Super Bonus: Able to work out of our Tempe, Arizona office location


    A Customer Support/Technical Support specialist is responsible for building and maintaining customer loyalty through quick and efficient support request resolution, as well as securing new customers by helping to answer any questions posed by potential new customers. They will be connecting with clients through our ticket system, live chat, and phone support.Training:We provide training for new hires and continuous training for existing employees, strong understanding of the above requirements is preferred.

    Tempe, AZ Office or Remote
    Position open to remote applicants as well as people willing to work out of our Tempe, Arizona office location. International applicants are acceptable. We are not looking for outsourced employment companies.
