WHMCS : Excessive resource usage
We host the whmcs in our dedicated server.
We receive many alert from LFD.
Which command we should add in csf.pignore ?
Time: Wed Feb 5 05:00:30 2014 +0000
Resource: Process Time
Exceeded: 99502 > 1800 (seconds)
Command Line: /usr/bin/php /home/******/support/index.php
PID: 55475 (Parent PID:52371)
what is your DB size and server config?

█ 100Mbit, 100Tb & 1Gbps Unmetered Dedicated Servers In NL, DE @ Leaseweb

Server is Cpanel.
WHMCS Database info:
Total Tables: 109 - Total Rows: 1314957 - Total Size: 1402187.3 Kb
You should not use a csf.pignore rule for avoiding this.
I would recommend, setting a TTL on your php processes, and set the firewall settings to the same TTL.
99502 for a PHP process running is.. waaay too long In my opinion.
Add following line-
to /etc/csf/csf.pignore file. Then restart lfd service-
How Setting TTL ?

Having problems, or maybe questions about WHT? Head over to the help desk!
There should be something wrong on your server because PHP process should not run more than 1 day. Your provided alert shows that that process is running more than a day.
