yup. this seems to be a recurring problem as well. it's been ~8 hours since I lost access to my VS. no response from my email to their support team, and you cannot create a ticket since the client portal is down. since december I have had outages on a near biweekly basis. these aren't brief in that they fall in the normal maintenance windows either. after maintenance, it's not unusual for my server to lose network access and it takes several hours to get a response to a ticket. I love that the servers are close by in AZ and I have very low latency to them, but I'm about at my limit with repeated/extended downtimes.
