For an issue with the parallels plesk control panel , it took almost a week. and what we found is parallel is using outsourced support company. Quite shocking news .........
Care to elaborate? Sometimes a problem can take a while to fix. How did you find this out even?

Is this a guarantee that it will take that long? You seem pretty sure about that. I think the calculations you use to come to this conclusion contain a margin of error. There doesn't seem to be many complaints flooding in yet.
do you have any proof, a big organisation like plesk i doubt would surely not use an outside support company...surely? Or has the world gone to the dogs?
Isn't it generally the opposite? I thought big companies were the ones primarily outsourcing.

A more recent move we made was switching our frontline support from our previous vendor to be run by Bobcares - a name I'm sure many hosters are familiar with. Because Bobcares runs support for many of the largest hosters today, they are very familiar with our products and have been doing excellent work so far. We feel this will continue to improve over time as well.
