    Customer Abuse by Reprisehosting.com and Stagnom (Dynaceron Limited)

    Hello Respected webhostingtalk.com members

    i order server Sat, Jan 25, 2014 at 1:50 PM from reprisehosting.com
    on Monday they sent one ticket (ticket attached)

    they post my detail on fraudrecord.com (fake report)

    they write on report i charge back and refund after order

    i nothing do with reprisehosting and Stagnom (Dynaceron Limited)

    you can see my screenshot (paypal) i have done many order
    but no any charge back or refund

    also check how much payment i sent to server company in screenshot

    i have attached full ticket screenshot and other proof
    (I AM NOT FRAUD)




    please check screenshot and proof and tell me anything wrong i do with Reprisehosting.com and Stagnom (Dynaceron Limited) ?

    you can search my open thread in past 5 year
    i never post any bad review about Stagnom (Dynaceron Limited) and
    Reprisehosting.com

    The technician assigned to processing your order and setting up your server discovered that you have been listed in a 'blacklist' of hosting customers. It appears you've had earlier instances where you had difficulty managing your server, you promptly demanded a refund a few days after setup, and then threatened to write negative reviews about the web host on public forums.

    You should understand that our servers are entirely self-managed. You are expected to know how to manage the server and set it up to your liking. We will install the operating system and setup IPMI (upon request) on your behalf, but beyond that you are expected to manage your server. We want to ensure that all of our customers are satisfied and that they understand exactly what level of service they will receive. We do not want to get into a situation where you demand a refund just a few days after setup and then threaten negative forum reviews.

    Could you please confirm that you understand that this is a self-managed dedicated server?

    who say i am black listed ?

    i have currently 3 dedicated server all self-managed
    i buy your server just for save my backup file i will not use more then 2TB (out going) bandwidth most bandwidth i use is incoming
    i looking true provider if you give shared port i don't need your server
    when download files i will use full port if you cant provide 100mbps Dedicated refund money
    i post review if server company not provide true 100mbps port or wrong commitment

    You are blacklisted on FraudRecord.com -- FraudRecord.com is a service that helps hosting companies that do anything of the following:

    - Send spam e-mails or commit other forms of network abuse.
    - Display unpleasant or rude behavior.
    - Make refund requests immediately after ordering.
    - Attempt to threaten or extort a web hosting company.
    - Chargeback their payment, dispute their payment or use stolen funds.

    You have a two listings in their database from a couple different web hosting companies. They both have stated that you asked for a refund request almost immediately after signing up and that you threatened to post negative reviews.

    I can see from your reply that you are already threatening to post a negative review: "i post review if server company not provide true 100mbps port or wrong commitment".

    This is the type of behavior from our clients that we try to avoid. It is no way to start a business relationship by opening with threats about negative reviews.

    Unfortunately, I have no choice but to refund your payment and cancel your order.

    i doing business and all my business depended on server if server down my business down
    i know in technical some time network down by many thing but after say 100mbps and give 10mbps its good ?

    every time customer not wrong if you provide good service why i ask refund ? and why you afraid to give service ?
    you can see my profile on webhostingtalk i am 5 years old member and also see my open thread i just open one bad review because they give wrong commitment after this review i never open any thread because i found good company and i am happy

    if service good no one will open bad review
    if you depended on other company what they say about customer then you lose your business

    tell me all company same ? all company provide same service ? all company say true commitment ?

    You were issued a 100% refund, but it was funded from our bank account so it may take a couple days to arrive. Here is a screenshot from our PayPal:

    We are refunding you because of warnings we have received from other web hosts.

    We provide a good service and we enjoy an excellent reputation -- it's not in our best interest to risk that with a negative review over one dedicated server. The speed is not an issue at all -- we even have 1Gbps servers available.

    I completely agree with the report filed by Stagnom Ltd. This customer is not worth your time. Before his server was setup the customer had opened tickets stating that if he didn't receive a dedicated port that he would chargeback the payment and write negative reviews. After setup, he flooded our system with trouble tickets. Despite ordering a strictly self-managed dedicated server (i.e., low-cost) he was completely incapable of managing the server himself. Within 48 hours we cancelled and refunded him simply to get rid of him.
    Don't host this guy. He's not worth the headache."

    about Stagnom Ltd they give server but not with KVM i ask so many time give KVM for manage server but they not give me
    also server down no one reply fast and give support me
    i know in unmanage sever no support provide but if server offline what i do ?

    I don't see the issue to be honest. If a provider does not want you as a customer, you just have to accept it and find someone who will. It is well within their right to refuse an order.

    i know it but they also right to post fake report on fraudrecord.com ?

    Not only customer have a choice... Web hosting market is full of fraudulent activities and providers are trying to avoid them.

    P.S. Dynaceron Ltd. made a mistake posting screenshot from FraudRecord.com, these records and providers comment should stay between providers only.

    I do not argue Dynaceron's decision in this case. Only saying that web hosting providers CAN choose clients.

    but client also can choose web hosting providers

    this matter not about choose client or web hosting providers

    my server down(offline) i ask KVM because offer show server with KVM but they not provide KVM

    If they are not willing to work with you and provide your services, move on. They have chosen you are too risky of a customer to host and have provided you a refund. You may consider contacting Stagnom and see if they will remove the report.
