Electropopmedia: What's going on?
I've used Electropopmedia for a few years now, and for the longest time, they had proven to be quite reliable in terms of uptime and support, getting back to me quickly any time I had an issue. And the uptime is still fine, but... for about a month now I haven't been able to get a peep out of them. No replies to me e-mails, support tickets go unanswered, no replies to the messages I left on their voicemail. The fellow who originally recommended them to me says he thinks the company has been sold, and that could account for the state of incommunicado... but I'd really like to know if ANYONE has any idea what the real scoop actually is!

One thing I'm wondering though, if the business did sell and change hands, is there a straightforward way to look that up, some service or registry that tracks all webhost company sales? Or could such a sale be totally private and away from public scrutiny?

I'm waffling over whether to start a separate thread for this particular issue, but I'll just add it here for now:
Electropopmedia's webhosting packages include SquirrelMail for e-mail accounts. Lately, they haven't been working very well. I can SEND e-mail from these accounts, but I cannot RECEIVE any. Attempts to send e-mail to these accounts, from outside accounts, result in error messages which read in part:<Mailer-Daemon@host.super-seed.us>

Bump!
Bumping this once again... still no replies to my e-mails. My websites are still up and running fine, but I do have some minor technical issues about which I'd really like to consult with Electropopmedia support. Google searches turn up absolutely no news regarding Electropopmedia.
Does anyone have any suggestion where I can direct queries, apart from such as I've already described in this thread - E-mails, phone calls, etc.?

Doesnt sound very good, maybe migrate if the problems continue, hosters like that dont deserve the customers money when they cant provide a decent service!

I am indeed planning to migrate, if I absolutely have to... I even have another hosting company I already use for a couple of other websites... but the move will be a hassle, and until these communication issues cropped up, Electropopmedia has been the best host I've done business with.
