    The support ticket was answered 46 minutes after we have received it. Unfortunately, we cannot let your order through at this time. We used to make exceptions in the past, but we quickly learned "the hard way" that we should not do that anymore, sorry.

    Yes I understand that. you asked for scanned copy of my ID and I was negotiating. If you are not willing to negotiate why don't you say so by replying my ticket.

    I am willing to provide the scanned copy anyway if this is the rule. Ignoring your customer's ticket is just not a good way to maintain good relationship with customers. Where should I email my scanned copy of my ID?

    Unfortunately, in vast majority of cases this kind of issues are never resolved. Usually people just keep talking us into accepting their order, bringing up multiple reasons and arguing for days, thus wasting everyone's time. A few times we agreed to manually approve orders, and then regretted that decision.

    The day we launched these plans we got a few dozen of very similar tickets, and we had to make an urgent decision to either stop offering these plans or stop answering this type of tickets. We chose the latter for now (but this may change).

    I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused. We realize that this may affect a few legitimate customers, but with this kind of pricing we simply cannot afford extensive communication, especially knowing that in 99% cases it will end nowhere.

    You could attach a scanned copy of your ID in the ticket. We will delete it from our system once verified.
