    Problem with DNS

Hi!! I'm in DigitalOcean and I've just installed zpanel. All work great. "panel .mydomain.com" works! and "mydomain .com" works!!

But I have a problem!! If I try to enter via "www .mydomain.com" does not work! I think it's a dns problem... but I don't know how to configure.

    My config is:

    What I should do?? Thanks!

Can you not ask the company that's hosting you for help?
At any rate, you need to add a "www" subdomain.

The instructions on their site seem pretty clear:

Thank you so much Bear. I followed this guide except for the "CNAME record with * and @"

DigitalOcean is unmanaged and the support is not very helpfull

If you read the guideline from digital ocean bear handed over to you, there is detailed explanation of CNAME. You use * for wildcard catchall or just add www to only have www.domain.com pointed as an alias to your domain.
