I am currently reseller customer of GreenValueHost since December 2013 and i am using vbulletin forum on my website and almost thrice a week my down for database server gone then i received too many database error emails and website almost load too slow and today somehow my cpanel license expire as well i made there support tickets and reply within 20 minutes that i appreciate it seems greenvaluehost is good for small website like html.
Thank you for sharing your review. I think the MySQL error may be because of high server load. What reason was given by GVH??

Is the server load high in general, or is your account hitting CloudLinux limits frequently? If your cPanel was working, I'd ask you to take a look at the "resource usage" area. Any CL faults you've experienced would be listed there.
right now my net is going very slow but tomorrow i can share with you some pics currently my site works fine but loading slow,(maybe my net slow ) as i made this ticket i am not getting database error like below my Cpanel license update already
