    I honestly cannot see why you would put up with such an appalling service. I would be out of there in seconds.

    It is bad enough to take a few hours to respond to a ticket but DAYS it just not acceptable. Even if it is to say a simple "hello" and "we have seen your ticket"

    you should pack up and move to a more responsive provider like wholesaleinternet...
