L2 Support Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior Experience handling support escalations for VPS and Dedicated Server Customers
Exposure to Xen or OpenVz virtualization
Ability to document processes.
The ability to communicate recurring issues to management.
Ability to work with a team
Outstanding customer service skills


PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providing technical support via Help Desk and Telephone
Monitor and Respond to server health concerns.
Triage and Manage Hardware Replacement for Servers
Knowledge of linux operating system



L3 Support Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience Administering VMware, Xen or OpenVz servers.
Prior Experience in providing Level 2-3 Support.
Ability to document processes.
The ability to communicate recurring issues to management.
The ability to work with a team, lead a team
Outstanding Documentation skills


PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage Performance and Stability of Server Infrastructure.
Perform OS Template Optimization.
Monitor and Respond to server health concerns.
Provide escalation assistance to support team.
Triage and manage recurring issue resolution
