    OVH had some nice add-ons.

I would go with OVH before I chose Burst for anything.

OVH, and i've used both companies.

I prefer OVH's network, support team, billing, admin panel and prices.

Burst can take week to answer support ticket when you need them the most. You will be better at OVH.

I've been a customer at both and burstnet is by far the best out of the budget market.

Burstnet support is a bit better than OVH. Ovh has huge delays in support at times.

Unless you're getting your own DDoS protection, OVH is a pretty good choice if you don't want to be the next CrocWeb.

I'd have to disagree from my experience. When I used Burst a long time ago it took days to get a reply, called then probably 4-5 times during the prime time of the day and waited anywhere from 5-30 minutes on the phone and nobody ever picked up. Unfortunately there's quite a few reviews on these forums and sadly most are bad from the recent months.

OVH CA has pretty good phone support; tickets take a while but if you're not scared to pick up your phone you won't have any issues with them. I've had some OVH servers at their Canada location and never had any issues, network is stable and their DDOS protection works well.

Its been a while since I used Burstnet but when I was with them I couldn't fault the service, From what I remember the support was ok.

What you have to remember is everyone's experience isn't going to be the same, best thing to do is do some research and contact each company directly and see their responses.

Burstnet because they speak English, OVH is very hit and miss if the technicians understand you, or if you can understand them.

And OVH can take hours to answer a ticket and from memory, they don't operate at weekends.

None of them are worth comparable.

OVH for price and network, we used them many many years ago however we found the support really terrible. Email response times are just non existent and seem like automated reply's.

    Just my experience.

I would have to say burstnet over OVH, i find that they have better customer service. Also they start a new service for each customer to have there own dedicated service person.

Personally I would choose OVH due to numerous reasons like solid network, cheap servers ( if you need budget provider ), DDoS protection etc..
