Slow page response.
He guys,
I have a problem with my page response. Sometimes it tooks about 30 sec or more to load the page, but sometimes it loads very fast.
I have a VPS pn CentOS 6. All was realy fast, but since 2 weeks all is slow. Maybe a DoS ? How to check it ?

Looks like you're running prefork.
Change KeepAliveTimeout 100 to 5
Change MinSpareServers 8 to 20
Change MaxSpareServers 20 to 35
then service httpd restart
Let us know if it improves the situation."Hurr durr look at dem offers section" (aka read mah signature) - WHT 2015

I tried to load your site three times. Twice it loaded quickly. Once it loaded very slowly, taking more than 30 seconds to come up in the browser.
Here are a couple commands you can try to find out what is happening in Apache. For example, somebody might be doing a Slowloris attack, where they create a bunch of slow connections to Apache and tie up all the MaxClients. The next two commands can help you investigate for that possibility. If you are the victim of a Slowloris attack, then you need to use your firewall to limit the number of simultaneous connections from a given IP.
Count Clients used by Apache (useful for monitoring MaxClients)
pgrep httpd | wc -l
Count Network Connections to HTTPD
netstat -nap | grep :80 | wc -l
You can also use the top command to watch the CPU usage of processes.
If your site is DB based, you could investigate performance within MySQL (if that is the DB server you use). Grab mysqltuner.pl and run that to peek in MySQL and get some tuning tips specific to your workload.█ No Support Linux Hosting ● Bargain cPanel Hosting ● Experts Only

There is definitely a major slowness. It took about 20 seconds for the site to load up. I checked on Pingdom Tools and it took more than 30 seconds for the page to load.
I would advise hiring a server management company and have them optimize your server. If you have a managed server, contact your hosting provider and they should be able to assist you.█ Snoork Hosting - Enterprise Servers | DDoS Protected Network

I've done traceroute and it seems like it isn't network issue, therefore it would either be Apache, PHP or MySQL at fault.
Are you using PHP-DSO? Or something else?
Install remi's repository, enable it and update it to the bleeding edge.
Apache 2.4 performs better than 2.2
Set Start Servers to 10
Set MinSpareServers to 30
Set MaxSpareServers to 50
Set Timeout to 5
Set KeepAliveTimeout to 5
Set Server Limit to 1024
Set Max Request Workers to 1000"Hurr durr look at dem offers section" (aka read mah signature) - WHT 2015

Well I tested multiple times using different locations (both US and EU) and in most cases all is fine. Your website is fully loaded with 125-140 requests depending on the browser. However in the cases when it needs more time to load, the parameter - "Time to first byte" is quite huge - from a few seconds to 35 and up. That is the time between the initial connection to your server and the beginning of downloading your content. Also the above mentioned time counts in the first request made to the web server. Note that after this there is no problem with any other of the requests. You can exclude any possibility of slow loading pics, slow DNS check, slow scripts, etc. It looks like a problem with your web server configuration, like others suggested.
