SEO has nothing to deal with help desk or anything like that's. Also learn how to post in the right forum category you would of had many replays by now explaing what both these things are.
Any ways SEO is search engine optimization. It's how your site shows up on google , yahoo and many other search engines. This deals with your keywords , content , images , information and back links to your site.
Usually you'll want the best SEO done on your site so you will be more known and chances of more traffic and people visiting your site in the end more money for your pockets and more server resources used up.
as for help desk it's a system or script where people will be able to ask for help with their service or product from you . Think of it as a ticketing software which it really is it's a way for you to contact your clients and for them to contact you. Kayoko is a very expensive well known help desk solution there are many more free and paid.
Well I'm glad I was able to waste your time so that you could write all that, I guess I'm good at trolling even when I'm not trying.
Now if anybody can suggest a single third party organization that can help with SEO on a dedicated server reseller site let me know. Also in a separate request, if anybody can suggest A third-party help desk company that would be good for server reselling, please let me know. Everybody else, please continue to waste your time .
Edit: I am asking for outsourcing advice for a company that primarily deals w dedicated servers, not the definitions of what SEO is or what a help desk is. Also not asking how these two terms are applied or not applied to hosting.
