    The short answer is: you can't. The MX records are for the entire domain, not for specific addresses. You could, however, send all mail to you local MX and have it forward those addresses that you want to go to Gmail.

    No, this is not possible. MX record is set for domain not for email accounts.

    What you want can be achieved by using the hosting server as a mail server itself for the domain and then set a forwarder for certain email address to forward emails to the Gmail account as stated by 'luki'.

    I think this can be done using unseen parameter in exim configuration. For more details, you can refer the URL
