$5 to $10 usd per year for a 512mb vps? I don't know what kind of service you'll get for that xD
I know some companies that offer 128mb vps for $15 a year tho:
BuyVM
HudsonValleyHost
You should check these out.

Even one IP will itself cost $12/year. I think you need to consider your budget again.█ YagHost - Fast Reliable Hosting Since 2009

Definitely need to at least double your budget to get anything decent, but even that remember that you get what you pay for

I would head over to the cheap lowendbox for those sort of prices, you wont get anything great for that - lol to get 5k a day hits? Please, look at your budget, you need 10-20 per month never mind a year, shop around though you never know

Agreed with everyone above. Your budget is extremely low. If you have a website with 5k hits a day, you should have a budget of at least $20 a month for a VPS. Also, I would have Ads on my website to make up some money towards hosting.

Better look for a shared hosting. You may find a good provider with a little increase in your budget, who can allow you to have 5K visitors/day.

You can find 512MB servers on LowEndBox but they usually cost at least $15 or $20/yr. You should increase your budget a little because with that budget you can only find 128MB servers.

Your options:
1.) Up your budget
2.) Browse LowEndBox for something near your requirements
3.) Browse the VPS Offers section here and look for something near your requirements
4.) Get Shared web hosting, ask the provider for any limitations that you might run in to.
For 5K unique hits a month, a VPS shouldn't be needed. Most companies like Eleven2, CrocWeb, StableHost, etc -- you would have no problems with.
I have a shared web hosting plan with StableHost and I have around 1,000,000 to 1,500,000 hits each month (30K-70K Unique). Their cheapest is $3.95, I pay $9.95 though for their highest plan.≡ ExtraVM - DDoS Protected NVMe VPS, Website Hosting, & Game Servers

Check lowendbox for deals.
At that budget, you really can't get anything.
But up it to $15/yr, and you do get some options:
- BuyVM (I've used their service, it's good) - 128MB RAM
- BlueVM (Good servers, slow support) - 512MB RAM
Follow some guides on optimizations, and most websites with 5k hits can fit in 128MB of RAM easily.

You cant even get a decent shared hosting plan for that price. You wont find 512mb VPS for that price... (You'd be very lucky to in fact!)

Why do you try to find cheapest hoster when you have 5k pageviews per day? That's could be quite good money if you are using right way to monetize those traffic.
And if you will try to find cheapest vps, one day your site could be down for a while. This is not good for traffic sites...
