    Need sysadmin urgently.

    Hello,

I've got a virtual machine that had its partition table corrupted, and everything inside /boot is gone also.

It's a cPanel cloudlinux KVM virtual machine.

When I boot into a recovery disk, I can mount it and browse the files, go on the /home folder, however I need it bootable again.

Is this doable? How much would be the price?

    HI

Does your host not backup your server daily/weekly for you? you could just ask them to restore it back a day or so to when it last worked.

I do keep backups but I need the most recent emails, which are in located in the crashed raid array.

There's no such thing as an unmanaged server - It's actually self-managed. Worth remembering next time you're looking for someone to complain to.
DATA VALUATION SERVICE: Your data's value is linked directly to your backup strategy. If YOU don't have your own backups then YOU value your data at ZERO. So why should anyone else care when you lose it?

Doesn't CloudLinux provide support for these types of issues?

For the investigation, it probably needs access to kvm virtual machine and the node as well. Also make sure if the hosting has been maintaining external backups like network backup or r1soft/idera etc?
Here cPanel week, daily etc backups wont help since it is boot partition crash and needs to investigate thoroughly.
