Your order was actually paid on the 9th of January. You opened this thread on the 12th, less than 3 business days, so I'm not sure why this was even an issue. In any case, our staff did not mean to be unfriendly, but Wilfried is part of the French support team and has only tried to help in a language that isn't his - it may come off as "cold", but it's really just an unfortunate lost-in-translation matter, I assure you.
