reCAPTCHA: 'Could Not Open Socket' -> WHMCS -> Open New Ticket
I was just contacted by a client who could not submit a ticket due to a reCAPTCHA socket error fol. Seems that once the captcha is solved it deflects to this error. It had to have started less than an hour ago as today has been rather busy.
For those using reCAPTCHA I suggest verifying that your staff/clients can submit a ticket without any problems. Nothing on their blog or mailing list about recent problems. Switched to the default until this gets figured out but I thought it could be worth a heads-up while I check things on my side.
