According to their support, they are having network issues at their datacenter. It happening right now as well and is becoming increasingly frustrating - over 2 hours down already in January (and counting).
Hello Geroe. We did experience a few isolated DDoS attacks this past weekend. Both were able to be isolated and blocked off from our network in about an hour.
We are not currently experiencing any problems with our network. If you are still having issues with your account, please contact our customer support and they can look directly at your hosting account.
