I think it's better if you try WHMCS forums or support for that.

what you need is to sign up for the free ENOM account that comes with WHMCS and give up on mods that have no support

you do know whmcs comes with a free enom account right?

    1. check your server logs - you probably have a mod-sec issue
    2. delete all the directories of registrars you are never going to use
    3. check you have uploaded all the files correctly - try ftp'ing up the module again

Is WHMCS hosted on a shared hosting plan or do you have full root access, be worth checking php and HTML logs if you do. Make sure you don't have something in php blocking. However like the other people have said, best to use the free account that comes with WHMCS as this module is fully supported and widely used.

It may take a bit of tinkering to get it to work, some registrars are easier to work with than others. If you find that you absolutely cannot get what you want to work, I believe WHMCS offers a service that will check all your settings and do the registrar/products/etc for you.
